Do you like sleeping ?
If you like long-hours sleeping, please be careful.
A organization shows that a good sleep in night is seven hours, but more sleep will bring you bad effect to your health. One example is that people who sleep for eight hours or more hours tend to die a bit sooner. If so, is less sleep than seven hours good ?
Surprisingly, it is good for us. This research shows that we really don't have to sleep for eight hours though it is said eight hours sleeping is good for us, and the result shows  proper sleeping time is six hours and between five and seven hours is good for our health. If you always have short sleeping less than five hours, it is dangerous for your health. Also, you have important work required concentration for many hours, you have to get good sleeping.
