Monarchy is best politic  system.

In current world, many politic systems exist and many countries adopt democratic politic system. But, in the middle ages of Europe, absolute monarchism was adopted because of divine right of kings. This right means legitimacy and absoluteness of kings so that kings made law freely and led in a luxurious life by exploiting a lot of money from their people. In addition, people in such countries was poor because they were forced to work in land their king owned, and had to pay heavy tax. That is, they did not have chance or opportunity of leading freely life or stable life even if they had an ability like good at making something, doing business, and so on. To get big gain, Kings that age prohibited them from taking some actions, for example, kings gave privilege to a merchant which kings made favor. The reason was that king could control and monitor behavior of them easily because of only small part. Take a worse example.
In England, people rejecting unreasonable working were made to be slaves and if they made plans for escaping from their master, they were executed. Such terrible law was made by kings. To change such social environment, and to get opportunity and human right, law-status people determined and took the action. It was revolution. As a result, they achieved what they wanted by the way of knocking down their king. In short, absolute monarchism was rejected all over the world. From then, public opinion became to be essential for politic and this meant that democratic politic started. Early purpose of democratic politics was establishment of human right and free of business and this policy has been achieved.

But, today a lot of another problem exist like debt, border problem, economic depression, diplomacy and so on. What is worse, these problems have been remained for a long time and will be left to future. Why do this happen? The reason is that top of a country adopting democratic politics tend to change immediately and its term of office is short. policy being done by a prime minister or president will be stopped because of lack of time. In addition, making a charge for trivial and private problems may lead to exclude really able politician because we tend to like people apparently not having negative points. Anyway, instability of top is not good. When top of the nation change, next top person may introduce policy different from predecessor. Take an example. As you know, a number of conference of TPP has done between many county, many times, many years. But when next top of the U.S was determined, he said that the U.S do not participate in this. To put it simply, policy demanded for many years tend to be failed because of first reason I wrote. In addition, the number of problem able to be improved only a few years is very small. So, only a lot of cost and debt will be left behind and this will mean big policy can’t succeed.

Secondly, conscious of us become one of the cause. We claim policy we can get gain to candidate in election. But, this ‘we’ never means every people because we have social status or belong to social group like student, employee, age, man or female and so on. Take an example. Many student will claim free scholarship because they think the current repayment type scholarship is too high interest. In fact, many of the reason for those who quit from university are economic problems. But when they graduate from university, they belong to employee. Then, they will claim that income tax or working time should be reduced. They think even if the number of people who can’t keep studying at university has increased because of returning from free scholarship to repayment type scholarship, it is responsibility of the person. Take another example. Elder people claim that their pension or social insurance should be increased. These are based on tax like income tax or consumption tax. But, they dislike raising tax that is disadvantageous to them and require to raise the tax rate unrelated to them. That is, we can see only our own profit, and we demand it. In addition, politicians tend to think about which layer to take preferential policy to win election.

From the above, in the absolute monarchy, the king collapsed the country, democracy has fallen into mobocracy. In absolute monarchy, person with responsibility are decided, political stability is an advantage. In democracy, it is an advantage that diverse opinions are reflected, and the law stands above the king. A political system that combines these advantages would be constitutional monarch. This is the political system in which politics is most stable and smooth.

Do you know Yoshida Youichi ?

He was professor of mathematics and also published some books. 

In ''method of my reading'', he wrote ''if you can not understand content of books you read, the cause is not always in the book, but real cause is in how mature you are. In such case, there have no choice but to wait for the day when they grow up intellectually. I think that many people have a experience of realizing later how interesting a book I read before is.''

In short, to understand what you read, you need to work brain, increase knowledge, and have attitude of not giving up reading books  even if what you read is hard to understand.

WRITING -monarchy-

Economic effect under monarchy is higher than democratic politics. At first, top of a country adopting democratic politics tend to change immediately and its term of office is shoter. In this, an economic policy being done by a prime minister or president will be stopped and what worse, next top person may do opposite policy. But this policy will be cancelled. This state has repeated today's democratic nation. That is, only a lot of cost and debt will be remained behind, so bigger economic policy will be failed as you know, for example, TPP. A number of conference of TPP has done many times, many years. But when next top of the U.S was determined, he said that the U.S do not participate in this. As a result, TPP will be ended in failure. Second, democratic politics tend to have present-oriented. In short, this politic system can deal with only current economy, so policy demanded for many years tend to be failed because of first reason I wrote. In addition, the number of problems of economy being improved only a few years is very small, for example, in Japan, depression, waiting-list children, and working-poor problems and so on, as you know, these problems are not resolved. But under monarchy, top of the nation is not changed, so these two demerits will be solved thanks to stability of policy. That is, cost of money is much smaller in the long run.

This is Takahashi Korekiyo. He became prime minister one time and minister of finance four times. His name is famous in economic world. In depression age of world, He succeeded in recovering economy faster than any other country  and his policy was very unique in that age, but his idea is very common today's economic world.




This is Newton. As you know, he found principle of universal gravitation. If this was not found, we could't get knowledge of the Earth and the universe. In addition, He made differential and integral calculus. He is important person in mathematical view.

Do you like sleeping ?
If you like long-hours sleeping, please be careful.
A organization shows that a good sleep in night is seven hours, but more sleep will bring you bad effect to your health. One example is that people who sleep for eight hours or more hours tend to die a bit sooner. If so, is less sleep than seven hours good ?
Surprisingly, it is good for us. This research shows that we really don't have to sleep for eight hours though it is said eight hours sleeping is good for us, and the result shows  proper sleeping time is six hours and between five and seven hours is good for our health. If you always have short sleeping less than five hours, it is dangerous for your health. Also, you have important work required concentration for many hours, you have to get good sleeping.

The other day, I heard that more and more young Japanese people do not choose full-time job and instead  choose part-time job. Senior generation can not understand  their selection so they regard young people as people having immature view because they focus on stable salary and environment. But finding job is more difficult than one generation before. In addition, they have an idea that working long hours and being able to take a long terms vacation is not unhappy and once you belong to a company, you have to accept this demerits. They do not like decreasing their free time and are satisfied as long as they earn their living. This tendency is good for many companies because salaries for  paying part-timers are lower than full-time workers. 

By the way, I want to choose stable and promising certain level of vacation job.

WRITING -ENGLISH SPORTS-

I would like to write about two aspects of Paralympics.

At first, of course, Paralympics have positive points. In spite of having disability, Paralympic player play sport as well as health people do it. So, they will give courage or hope to same disable people but also health people. In addition, they show that disable people are not kind of people who do not have choice but give up many things. What is more, Paralympics will remind us of existence of disable people near us. This event give us opportunity of thinking about normalization. This word means creating society in which all people- health and disable people-can live easier. 

But, Paralympics have negative points. Firstly, some people say inspiration porn exist in this event. Inspiration porn means being impressed in seeing them playing game may represent that health people have unconscious sense of superiority to disable parson. In addition, mass-medium tend to focus on not them playing earnestly but emphasizing their problem in daily life. As a result, some people have idea- My life is much better than theirs and I want to cheer for them-. But Paralympic player want cheering from evaluating their performance, not sympathy. Lastly, Paralympic is not so as known as Olympics to many people. So, some Paralympics player do not have sponsor. This means that their cost like traveling expenses, participation cost and tools is too heavy.

Would you be happy if you could live forever?
This was  question of a university's question, and was dealt with in my work place. I had  to answer this question for my student. I thought a little moment, and then I answered following.
In my opinion, immortality is not always happy because if you became a fatal malady, you would have to suffer from the disease. Moreover,  if no one would not die, overpopulation would cause food shortage and could not keep space to live. But The earth do not have the room for those problems.
What do you think about this?

This week, I was busy in taking care of my grandmother so that I intended to write shoter than usual. Nursing is too hard task. Every time, even if or even though late night,  she want help, my mother and sister including me are called. Speaking frankly, caring is very stressful because my private time and rhythm of my life disappeared. I had  sympathy with family causing murder from tiring care.

WRITING -street carnival-

Notting hill carnival is very popular today. Its scale and economic effect are bigger year by year, and many people think that this carnival is biggest festival all over the world. But, originally, the scale of Notting hill carnival was much smaller than today. Big turning -point was idea who a man had. He made plan that people living in Notting hill and having different culture interact with each other. From that time on, many people became to attend to this carnival. As the number of participants was larger, the number of crime behind this carnival increased every year. This tendency is still continuing, as a result, more and more police are used. They look for whether offender commit a crime or not, such as drug supply, shooting gun, and assault. Recent year, to deal with many crime and many people, super recognizers system started. They have special ability to identify suspects who were caught on CCTV footage and Crime Watch, and they have ability to know face of suspects and identify them in crowded people. Thanks to this, this year, the number of people arrested was smaller than before. It is evidence that they prevent from committing a crime.

The other day, at my working place as part-time job, a topic was discussed. It is "The school year in Japan should start in autumn?"

This time, I would like to write my opinion about this topic.

I disagree with this idea. Of course, some people say that the school year in most other countries start in September. So they claim that Japan should adopt this tendency. But I don't think so. If the school year start in September, a lot of national system have to be changed such as entrance examination, finding job of new graduates, teaching system of school and so on.

As a result, the government in Japan would have to face many difficult problems. The biggest issue is financial problem. A lot of money would be needed to carry out the idea. But the government can not afford to raise much money in order to do it. 

Police and Crime

In my opinion, “Crime Watch” is very useful. So “Crime Watch” have to be introduced in Japan. “Crime Watch” is TV program produced by BBC in UK. It introduce us to unresolved crimes by making reconstruction in order to gather the information from many common people. This has been helpful in solving difficult incidents in UK.

I would like to talk why Japan have to adopt “Crime Watch”. Firstly, performance of “Crime Watch” is high. By being introduced in this TV program, actually, criminal of unresolved incident has been arrested. Secondly, arresting brutal criminal escaping from police many years will bring us to feeling of easy and give our daily-life peace. Thirdly, if such system is introduced in Japan, Japanese people may pay attention to crimes much more. Also, many person will become to play a role as safe keeper in our lives. Probably, this will be the deterrent power of crime.

Some people say that information from TV viewer will be uncertain and information of injured party will spread to vast areas. These will cause confusion or embarrassment and so on. So TV producer of “Crime Watch” should talk with injured party thoroughly and the producer should try to protect their right.

It is true that “Crime Watch” has negative aspects, but there has no reason “Crime Watch” will not be clue to unresolved incidents.

It is said that Japan is a rich country because GDP of Japan is relatively high, and science technology level of Japan is the highest all over the world. So some people say that Japan is perfect country. Certainly, Japan's economic and science technology level is very good. But I am sure that Japan has a lot of problems. For example, the number of aging population has been lager and lager. As a result, pension problem is more and more serious. It is because a few young people has been obliged to pay their pension. Also, Japan has much debt. It is not too much to say that Japan will go bankrupt some day. So I can't always say that Japan is a rich country.

Lately,　I heard a opinion that "English should be the only official language of Japan" by TV.

In my  opinion, it is bad for Japanese people to speak only English. This is because the mother tongue are connected with the identity of all people in the country. Using only one language would bring  lost of individual's diversities. In addition, that would cause declining of moral. For example, one who are good at speaking English may look down on the other who are poor at understanding it. I have another reason. For us to speak it, we have to be taught by teacher who can speak it well. But how many teacher can speak and teach it, and how many people can master it?

Never come again!

Yesterday, I worked for bookstore as part-time job. So faｒ, many troubles had happened. But worst one happened yesterday. Arrogant customer came to me and the customer claimed unreasonable order. I declined it because of rule, and the customer became violently angry. He tried to force his opinion on me. I thought how selfish he was! Finally, the customer gave up and went out with impatience. I wish he will never come again!

By the way, 9 October is my birthday! Though anniversary was, good event didn't happen. I spent the day as same daily life.

Green bond

Today, Koike Yuriko of Tokyo governor states that Tokyo introduce green bond.
Green bond is capital of many company tring to develop natural energy.
This is very familiar to Europe, and actually many company in Europe has been getting good results by taking in it . But I do not think that this lead to good results in Tokyo. This is because not only Tokyo but Japan is not so rich as Europe in natural resource.
In addition to this, Tokyo have few natural resource and the city of consumption, not the city of production. For example, Tokyo has been consuming a lot of electricity. But it is generated at other prefecture.
That is to say, green bond must be introduced better in not Tokyo but the provinces.
